After a careful screening process, our team prepares the preliminary financial models, teasers and drafts the preliminary acquisition term sheets or joint development agreement. Our team also provides support and advisory on the structuring of the transaction.

INVESTOR
SELECTION
Upon validation of the project, a deal room is created and investors are invited. Deal rooms provide a set of specific information about the project for the investors to conduct preliminary assessments. For each transaction, selected investors will be contacted based on the adequacy of the project and their investment mandate.

NEGOTIATION
SUPPORT
Orisun continuously monitors the progress of negotiations and offers support throughout the process. We advise both buy and sell sides and provide solutions whenever the negotiation stalls.

The origination platform is a digital pathway to connect project developers and investors simply and effectively. We provide financial expertise, networking, and support throughout the process to improve transaction efficiency and transparency. Members have access to selected deals arranged in dedicated deal rooms created by Orisun Invest team. Every project is thoroughly analyzed on various legal, environmental, economic, and KYC levels.

VERIFY
After registering, you will be required to verify your email address. Once verified, your membership will be approved, your account will be created, and your credentials will be sent to you.

You are all set! You can now log on to the platform and access your dashboard to get all open deal listings information, active projects, pending tasks, financial modeling support structure, and documents. Your dashboard displays your personal reminders, current tasks, and progress.
